Introduction to Bordeaux Park: Bordeaux Park (Jardin Public) was built in 1775 and remodeled in British style a century later. There is a botanical garden (Jardin Botanique) in the park, with varieties carefully classified. There is also a Natural History Museum (Muse d’Histoire Naturelle) and a children’s playground. The park is located south of the city center, close to the cours de Verdun.
