Introduction to the Grand Place of Brussels: The Grand Place of Brussels, located in the city center, was built in the 12th century AD. The entire square is rectangular, about 110 meters long and 60 meters wide. The ground is paved with granite, and there are more than 40 people standing around it. It is a building with different styles such as Gothic, Renaissance, and Louis XIV (except for the city hall and the palace of Louis XIV opposite it, the other buildings are all clubs of various walks of life in the 17th century). The writer Hugo called it "the most beautiful square in the world".
For centuries, the Grand Place has been the place where important events were held in Brussels. Today, the square is dotted with numerous gift shops, chocolate shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Visitors can come here to relax or have fun with the whole family. Music makes the square full of life.
