Introduction to the Cultural Festival: The solemn and solemn tea ceremony with a rich tea culture is the most eye-catching local event. When the suona sounded and the drums sounded, the ritual attendants carried the offerings prepared by the tea farmers (whole pigs, whole sheep, whole chickens, salt, tea, rice, soybeans, melon seeds, peanuts, rice noodles, pig cakes, rice dumpling cakes and a total of 24 plates of various fruits), and 12 tea fairies carrying tea baskets performed a sacrificial dance. The emcee, chief priest, and assistant priest in sacrificial attire presented sacrifices to the tea saint Lu Yu on behalf of the tea farmers. After the chief priest recited the sacrificial inscriptions, hundreds of tea farmers brought their own incense and paper to worship the tea saint and performed three kowtows. After the chief priest and two deputy priests read the sacrificial text and burned incense and prayed in memory of Tea Saint Lu Yu, the chief priest held up a tea branch and sprinkled holy water into the Tea Fairy's tea basket to enlighten the Tea Fairy and express the local tea people's prayers for good weather and a bumper tea harvest. Good wishes for peace and prosperity for the country and the people.
