Introduction to the Founder Stone: The Founder Stone is located near Xiaotianchi in Changbai Mountain. These stones are covered with moss, and some have small trees growing out of them. There are three or four stones distributed within a few kilometers. Scientists believe that they were formed by broken rocks when a volcano erupted; writers say that they were dice thrown by the Queen Mother's three daughters to quit gambling, giving them a strong mythical flavor.
