Introduction to Jinyuan: Jinyuan covers an area of 3,389 square meters. It was built during the Qianling period of the Qing Dynasty. It was the residence of Yang Zhaolu, a Jinshi scholar, after he returned to his hometown. In the old days, this house was a waste land behind the Sutra Commentary Hall of Longcheng Academy. Yang Zhaolu bought the waste land to build a garden and house, and dug a pond and built a mountain. After five years, it has become "near garden", so the owner calls this garden "near garden".
