Introduction from the scholar leader: After Qu Qiubai returned to China in 1923, he worked in the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in Beijing. During this period, he wrote many famous theoretical literature and polemical articles, translated "The Internationale", and drafted the "Draft Program of the Communist Party of China". He was also elected as a member of the Central Committee and a member of the five-member Politburo, becoming one of the early top leaders of the CCP. In the later period, he sharply and systematically criticized Chen Duxiu's right-leaning errors.
