The park covers an area of about 50 square kilometers and is mainly composed of the Panlong River Canyon. The forest coverage rate in the park is 98%. It is dominated by tropical and subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forests, with a variety of woody plants, herbaceous plants, and moss plants. and bamboo plants compete here to grow. There are not only rare plants such as Cyperus alba, Zhennan, and Schistotis chinensis, but also rare animals such as Sumatran antelope, golden pheasant, and macaques, forming a dense and prosperous three-dimensional ecosystem and a wonderful primitive forest.
