Introduction to Davidia involucrata: National first-level protected plant. It is a deciduous tree with a height of 20 meters and a diameter at breast height of 1 meter. The bark is dark gray and flakes off. The leaves are alternate, gathered on the top of the branches, broadly ovate, 9-15 cm long, 7-12 cm wide, hairy on both sides, and the leaf margins are coarsely serrated.
