Introduction to Qi'an Office: Qi'an Office is a government hall built by immigrants from Huangzhou Prefecture, Hubei Province. Huangzhou Prefecture, Hubei Province is the main area for the large-scale immigration of "Huguang fills Sichuan". Because Huangzhou Prefecture was called Qi'an County in the Tang Dynasty, so Huangzhou Guild Hall is also called Qi'an Office. The guild hall was built during the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty, and the remaining buildings were rebuilt by Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty. It is the best-preserved building among the Huguang guild halls in Chongqing.
