Introduction to the Three Gorges Museum: The China Three Gorges Museum is located in Yuzhong District, Chongqing, opposite the original Great Hall of the People on the central axis. China Three Gorges Museum is a product of the world-famous Three Gorges Water Conservancy Project. Of the 1,087 cultural relics that will be involved in the Three Gorges Project inundation area, 752 are in the Chongqing reservoir area. Among these 752 cultural relics, there are 246 above-ground cultural relics and 506 underground cultural relics.
