Introduction to the school badge: CityU’s school motto is “Dedication and Joy.” “Dedication” aims at cultivating personality, treating professional knowledge with caution, and includes the professional spirit and professional ethics of modern academics; “Enjoyment” "Group" emphasizes the relationship between individuals and society. On the one hand, it is the growth of individual personality, and on the other hand, it advocates group spirit, social care and benefiting the masses. Using these four characters as the school motto is most in line with the style and purpose of running a city university.
