Introduction to the Church of the Savior: The Church of the Savior is a Baroque-era architectural style church in Copenhagen. The most famous thing about the church is its spiral spire. There are also stairs surrounding the outside of the spire, from which visitors can climb to the top for a panoramic view of central Copenhagen. The church is also famous for its bells, the largest in Northern Europe, which play sweet sounds every hour from 8 a.m. to midnight every day.
