Introduction to Newport: Newport is an artificial canal built between 1669 and 1673, which directly introduces seawater into King's New Square. The main purpose of building the Nyhavn Canal at that time was to introduce prosperous maritime traffic into the city center, thereby promoting the economic development of Copenhagen. People can still see the earliest houses built on both sides of the canal, and the side that gets the sun has been turned into a pedestrian street. The sparkling river, various boats and colorful houses on both sides, although the place is not big, Xingang in summer is very beautiful. Therefore, Nyhavn is also a landmark tourist place in Copenhagen. There are crowds of people both inside and outside the restaurant. Although the food may not be to your liking, it is definitely a good place to rest when the sun is shining. The great father of fairy tales, Andersen, was very fond of the architecture here. He once lived here at numbers 18, 20 and 67.
