Introduction to Seishen-in Temple (Women’s Hall): It is located at the entrance of the mountain leading to Shangdaigo. Because in ancient times, women climbed here to worship the Buddhas on the mountain, so it is commonly known as “Women’s Hall”. It was rebuilt in the early Edo period, and the main Buddha enshrined is a clone of the quasi-Hoguanyin on the mountain. In front of the main hall, Fudo Myoyo, Master Rigen, Maitreya Bodhisattva, Yoshiyoshi and Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva are enshrined in sequence.
