Introduction to Akshardham Temple: Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple is listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the largest Hindu temple complex. The central building is entirely made of stone. The fees for the three main viewing areas are: 170 rupees/person for adults; 100 rupees/person for children aged 4-12; free for children under 4 years old; 125 rupees/person for seniors over 65 years old; musical fountain show: adults ( 12 years and above) 30 rupees/person; children under 12 years old 20 rupees/person.
The scenic area can be entered from 9:30-18:30; the exhibition hall is open from 10:30-18:00; the musical fountain performance is at 19:45 and will be adjusted according to the sunset time in different seasons. Closed on Mondays.
