Introduction to the Hanlin Courtyard: The Hanlin Courtyard is about 1 km away from Deng Xiaoping's former residence. It was built during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. It is the old residence built by Deng Xiaoping's ancestor, Deng Shimin, the Hanlin Hanlin in the Qing Dynasty, when he returned to his hometown to live. Hanlin Courtyard faces west to east and is a large and impressive courtyard. There are a total of 36 large and small houses in the entire courtyard, which are composed of a court gate, a theater building, a hall and a wing room.
