Introduction to caravan culture: Caravan culture is the most colorful and unique charm in Donglianhua Village. During the Republic of China, Donglianhua caravan transportation had long been famous. There are 7 caravans headed by Ma Ruji, a Malaysian pothead, with a total of more than 350 horses. They travel to various countries in East Asia and exchange what they need. During the years when the horse caravans emerged, every family in Donglianhua raised horses and every household engaged in business. The caravans gathered in the village, and there were many business trips. The economy was prosperous, and it was once known as "Little Shanghai".
