Introduction to the True Body Pagoda: The True Body Pagoda was named after the relics of the Buddha's true body hidden under the tower. It was originally a "holy tomb". A four-level wooden pagoda was built in the Tang Dynasty and a brick pagoda was rebuilt in the Ming Dynasty. It was rebuilt in April 1988 and has the same shape as the Ming Dynasty. The towers are the same, Bagua oriented, thirteen levels, forty-seven meters high, majestic.
