Introduction to Strange Rock Beach: Strange Rock Beach is located at the southern end of Jiangshan Peninsula, at the foot of Dengjia Ridge, the second highest peak on the peninsula. It is a sea erosion landform. The stones are brownish red and have been carved by waves for millions of years to form their current form. The group of natural stone sculptures in different and strange shapes gave the local people the name Strange Stone Beach. The strange rocks on the beach and high cliffs resemble the cliffs beside the inland rivers, so tourists also call it "Red Cliff on the Sea".
