Introduction to the Forest of Steles: The East and West Forest of Steles are located on both sides of the Mingmen Hall and Wuhou Temple respectively. There are more than 70 inscriptions from the Sui Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty gathered here. The Pi script in various scripts including seal script, official script, regular script, running script and cursive script is a masterpiece of Chinese calligraphy art. The most famous among them are two Sui steles, which are more than 1,300 years old.
