Introduction to Buddha statues: Cave No. 2 is in the middle, housing the third generation of Buddhas. The surrounding cave walls are filled with small Buddha statues, about a thousand of them. Cave No. 3 is on the west side, with a statue of Avalokitesvara in the middle, a statue of Samantabhadra riding an elephant on the left, and a statue of Manjushri riding a lion on the right. Only elephants and lions remain. Small Buddha statues are carved on the surrounding cave walls. Behind the backlight of Guanyin Bodhisattva, there were originally eighteen Arhat statues, but now only two Arhats remain.
