Introduction to Yuchang Building (Staggering Building): Yuchang Building is located in Xiabanliao Village, Shuyang. It is a round earth building built in the late Yuan and early Ming Dynasties. It is also the oldest existing earth building in Nanjing County.
Yuchang Building has five floors and 270 rooms. It is known as the "Standing Tower". Starting from the third floor, the wooden columns of the corridor tilt from left to right, with the maximum slope reaching 15 degrees; and the corridor on the fourth floor has The wooden pillars tilted in the opposite direction from right to left with the same slope, and the two-story wooden pillars looked topsy-turvy. Although it is skewed, if the wooden pillar corridors from the first to the fifth floors are considered as a whole, the bottom wooden pillar and the top wooden pillar are kept on the same axis.
