Introduction to Fort Boseng: A square fortress standing southeast of Yeping Red Army Square, called "Fort Boseng", was created by the Soviet Provisional Central Government to commemorate those who died in the fourth anti-"encirclement and suppression" war. Zhao Bosheng, the main leader of the Ningdu Uprising, also built it to welcome the convening of the "Second Soviet Congress".
