Introduction to the Maritime Museum: The Gothenburg Maritime Museum (Sjofartsmuseet) is located on an old pier. It displays ships and shipbuilding industry from the Viking Age to the present, and introduces relevant fishery conditions. In some ships, there are retired veterans as commentators, many of whom have served on the ship they are commentating on.
