Introduction to Huanglong Cave: Huanglong Cave is located at the southwest foot of Luofu Mountain, under Jade Girl Peak. It is one of the famous eighteen caves in Luofu Mountain. It is the former site of Gehong Xi'an and the Tianhua Palace built by Liu Yan, king of the Southern Han Dynasty. The location is surrounded by landscapes such as Huanglong Temple, Dichen Bridge, and Huanglongdong Waterfall.
During the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty, Zhang Miaosheng, a Taoist priest of Chongxu Temple, went to Huanglong Cave and founded the Huanglong Temple, an independent Taoist temple of the Laoshan School. It was later destroyed and the new temple was completed in 1997. It has a total area of more than 15,000 square meters, majestic and resplendent. It has become one of the major Taoist temples with the largest land area and building area and the strongest religious and cultural atmosphere of the Quanzhen Longmen School of Taoism in South China.
