Introduction to Luojian Pavilion: Luojian Pavilion was specially built for the legend of Guan Gong "shooting arrows to obtain land". During the Northern Song Dynasty, Yuquan Mountain was a primeval forest with deep forests, secluded scenery, cascading trees and shrubs, gurgling springs, flocks of birds, and the sound of pines and cypresses accompanied by bird calls. People called it Baiquanzhang Black Pine Forest Mountain. At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, after Guan Gong killed a bully who bullied others in his hometown, he was rounded up by the government and arrested. He ran out of Pingyang City and fled along the east side. He was hunted by officers and soldiers. Legend has it that he hid in the black pine forest and escaped capture. Later, he fled to Zhuojun, Hebei, and met Liu Bei and Zhang Fei. The three fell in love and became brothers. At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, the feudal vassals were divided, forming a three-pronged situation of Wei, Shu, and Wu. They worked together to support the Han Dynasty. According to legend, when Liu Guan and Zhang Zhang passed through a black pine forest during a battle, Guan Gong informed Liu Bei and Zhang Fei about how they had taken refuge and evaded the pursuit of officers and soldiers. Liu and Zhang were also intoxicated by this place with charming scenery and suitable climate. For this reason, they all wanted to designate this place as a resting place for the country and the people, so the three of them discussed acquiring this place through archery: Zhang Fei had a strong desire to win, so he picked up his bow and arrow and shot it immediately. As a result, the arrow he shot was scattered away. Five miles away from Heisonglin Mountain, there is a mountain on the north side of the mountain (now Qianmuping Zhangfei Mountain, there was originally a Zhangfei temple. After it was destroyed in the early 1950s, some auxiliary buildings remained). After Liu Bei shot an arrow, it landed on the top of the Western Mountain ten miles away from the Black Pine Forest Mountain (now Liubei Mountain in Yinying). The water dripping from the front eaves originally flowed into Pingdingji, and the water dripping from the back eaves flowed into Liu Bei Temple in Yu County. The Anti-Japanese War The elbow was demolished and used as a gun tower, but the ruins still exist). The arrow shot by Guan Gong circled three times in the air and fell back to its original place, Heisonglin Mountain (now Yuquan Mountain and Guanwang Temple in the south of Linli Village) like a meteor. This very interesting legendary story of "capturing land by shooting arrows" not only has a beginning and an end, but also the whole story. Moreover, brothers Liu Bei, Guan Gong, and Zhang Fei could all look at each other and take care of each other in the three mountainous areas they chose. And it also formed an indispensable three-legged situation of "Taoyuan Three Brothers". In the 24th year of Jian'an (AD 219), Emperor Xian of the Han Dynasty, Guan Gong was killed in Zaumaicheng. His body was buried in Dangyang, Hubei, his head was buried in Luoyang, Henan, his clothes were placed in Chengdu, Sichuan, and his soul was enshrined in Shanxi. Jiezhou caused the tragedy of his head being missing. In order to sympathize with Guan Gong's misfortune, in the fifth year of Xining in the Northern Song Dynasty, villagers Zhang Guang, Ma Yong, and their family members gathered dozens of devout people and jointly donated money to build the Guan Yu Goddess on the hillside of the black pine forest chosen by Guan Gong. The ancestral hall (the predecessor of Guanwang Temple) offers sacrifices every year and will be remembered forever. In order to trace the origin, people today built the Falling Arrow Pavilion in the Guanwang Temple to pass it down through the ages.
