Introduction to Qianren Pot: Qianren Pot used to be placed in Dingyue Temple at the foot of Diecai Mountain. It was originally a pot used by the monks of Dingyue Temple. During the Anti-Japanese War, Dingyue Temple was bombed by Japanese aircraft, and the big iron bell and the thousand-person pot were moved here. This pot is very large, with a diameter of 5 feet and a depth of 2 feet. It is said that it can cook three loads of rice and feed 1,000 people, so it is named "Thousand People Pot". It was cast in the fifth year of Emperor Kangxi's reign in the Qing Dynasty (1663), and was also cast in Foshan, Guangdong.
