Introduction to Ancient Lingtai: Ancient Lingtai is located in Lingtai County. It was built in the 11th century BC during the Shang Dynasty. It was built after King Wen of Zhou conquered the Misu Kingdom in Baili Town, Lingtai County today, in order to worship God and Zhaode. Built with the people in mind, it has a long history and profound culture, and is known as "the first platform for worshiping spirits in China". The original "Lingtai" faced north and faced south, and the platform was built with rammed earth. In history, the "Lingtai" was destroyed twice and rebuilt twice. The "Lingtai" rebuilt in 1933 has a blue brick surface, with a base width of 12.3 meters and a height of 12.3 meters. The platform body is divided into two floors, with a Bagua Pavilion on the top and a statue of King Wen of Zhou Dynasty inside. The existing "Lingtai" was rebuilt in 1985 and is divided into upper and lower courtyards. The lower courtyard contains the main building of the Lingtai "Tiandai for the Worship of King Wen" and the Lingtai Stele Gallery.
