Introduction to the parents' grave: Huineng's father, Lu Xingdai, and his mother, Li, were buried together in the tomb. It was hand-buried by Huineng. The tomb was given by Emperor Zhongzong of the Tang Dynasty. The tomb is on the right side of Guoen Temple, where Yin Xiangshen sits. It was destroyed during the "Cultural Revolution" and later rebuilt.
