Residence introduction: Qianqing Palace is also the tragic place where Empress Mingcheng was killed by Japanese assassins. On display in the palace are items that recreate life in the palace. The Qianqing Palace was under protection until August 15, 2010, when it was opened to the public as part of the Department of Cultural Heritage's revitalization project of the Five Palaces.
