Introduction to the government office: The main hall is the place where the prefect greets and delivers imperial edicts, holds large-scale celebrations, and hears major cases. When an important case is heard in public, the palace gate is opened wide, allowing people to flock to the hall to watch, to show that the law is enforced impartially. There is a couplet in front of the hall, which expresses the dialectical relationship between officials and the people, requiring officials to be considerate of the people's sentiments, distinguish right from wrong, handle cases impartially, and use the power given by the people prudently. Another pair of red couplets means that when you are angry, don't lose your temper in a hurry. When you calm down, you can naturally save a lot of troubles caused by impulsiveness; when dealing with difficult things, you must think clearly about the cause of the problem and wait. After concentration, you will naturally come to the correct conclusion; it is similar to the meaning of "think twice before you act" as we say now. There is also a screen with "Sea Sunrise Picture" on the front, which means the rising sun.
