Introduction to the Nuan Pavilion: Above the Nuan Pavilion is a plaque with the words "See the Blue Sky Again", which can be found in the lobby of ancient government offices, but the content is different. "Qingtian" means that officials handle cases with fairness and clarity, just like the clear blue sky. The people also call honest and upright officials the "Master Qingtian". For example, the people call Bao Gong Bao Qingtian and Hai Rui Hai Qingtian. On both sides are desks for the master (equivalent to today's clerks and secretaries), which are mainly used for recording when the prefect hears cases, and are equivalent to the clerks in today's courts.
