Introduction to Shimen Plank Road Scenic Area: Shimen Plank Road Scenic Area is located at Baogukou at the junction of Hantai District, Mian County and Liuba counties (districts) in Hanzhong City. It has national key protected cultural relics and various local delicacies. It is known as the "Hometown of China's Plank Road" and the "Pearl of Water Conservancy in the Northwest". It is also the hometown of the legendary Bao Si. There is not only a water conservancy project, Shimen Reservoir, but also rich cultural and natural landscapes. It is the location of the first batch of national key cultural relics protection units, Baoxie Road, Shimen and its cliff carvings. It is also a protected area for rare animals and plants.
