Introduction to the Ode to the Stone Gate: The stone carvings on the Shimen cliff mainly describe the excavation of the Baoxie plank road, the construction of water conservancy, and the chanting. In terms of time span, it dates from the Eastern Han Dynasty to the Ming and Qing Dynasties, especially the "Kaitong" in the Yongping period of the Eastern Han Dynasty. "The Carved Stones of Baoxie Dao" (known as "The Great Opening"), "Ode to the Stone Gate", and "The Stone Gate Inscription" of the Northern Wei Dynasty are the most famous and have been praised by Chinese and foreign calligraphers of all ages.
