Introduction to the Heroes and Immortals Monument: The picture shows the "Heroes and Immortals" monument written by Guan Jin Juti. Guan Jinju was a general of the Shaanxi Army in the early years of the Republic of China. He belonged to the Beiyang faction that opposed the march of the Yingguo Army northward. The time recorded on the inscription is already mid-autumn, which should be October of the eighth year of the Republic of China (1919). It is estimated that the guard envoy was driven away by the Sichuan army shortly after he wrote this inscription.
