Introduction to Heilongjiang Moon Bay TV City: Heilongjiang Moon Bay TV City is located in the Moon Bay Development Zone on the north bank of the Songhua River in Harbin City. It covers a total area of 43,000 square meters and was built by Heilongjiang Television Station. The first phase of the project was launched in March 1997. The main purpose was still to develop the radio and television industry. The project was completed in October of that year and the Heilongjiang Radio and Television Satellite Ground Station was built. In the second phase of the project, it was decided to further expand into a Heilongjiang film and television shooting base, and at the same time build a hotel project with four-star standard facilities, which is the current Moon Bay TV City.
