Introduction to the Heidelberg University Library: The Heidelberg University Library was built from 1901 to 1905. It is a building that combines Germanic Mannerism and Art Nouveau style. It has a collection of more than 2 million books, including handwritten volumes from the 14th century. Extremely precious. A number of rare books and paintings are also on display in the exhibition room (Ausstellungsraum) in the corner upstairs.
