Introduction to the writing room: Hemingway's writing room is located on the second floor behind the main house of his former residence. It is a small room full of paintings and books. There are several books placed on a small log table in the center of the room. And an old Royal typewriter, surrounded by half-wall-high bookshelves, and lifelike deer heads and large fish specimens hung on the wall, these are Hemingway's prey and harvest.
Hemingway liked to start working in this small room at 6 o'clock every morning. He writes for about 6 hours. Then he might go deep-sea fishing or drink with friends at his favorite drinking spot.
