Introduction to Zhongtian Temple: Zhongtian Temple is one of the famous temples in Tengchong. It was built in the eighth year of Chongzhen in the Ming Dynasty (1635 AD). It was expanded and repaired in the Qing Dynasty. Several halls were demolished during the "Cultural Revolution", and only the remaining Garden and wing building. The villagers restored it according to its original condition. The plaque of "Zhongtian Temple" was written by Zhao Puchu, the former president of the Chinese Buddhist Association.
