Introduction to Noboribetsu Hell Valley: is a crater relic in Noboribetsu City, Hokkaido, Japan, adjacent to Lake Toya. After the volcanic eruption, a strange-shaped valley was formed by molten rock; gray-white and brown rock formations plus a lot of geothermal heat erupted from the ground, forming a special volcanic terrain landscape. The Jigokudani blowholes emit roaring hot smoke, making you feel like you are in a hell bathed in fire. There are also some nameless water holes that emit a trickle of water that is as plaintive as a cry, like a cry coming from the ground. Hell Valley is surrounded by primeval forests, centered on water sycamore trees and nine bamboos, and mixed with various broad-leaved trees. There is a bear farm in Sifangling to the east, where you can see black and brown bears.
