Buried in the tomb area are the "national hero" Ma Benzhai, the commander of the Hui Detachment, Zhou Jianping, the old Red Army and former commander of the Fourth Division of the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Military Region, Chang Deshan, the old Red Army and former commander of the Eighth Division of the Central Hebei Military Region, and the deputy commander of the Jidong Military Division of the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Military Region.
