The enemy drove the 27 people they had captured to the southwestern dam platform of Longtan. , set up a machine gun, pointed it at the people who were forced to kneel, and killed 15 people on the spot. In 1995, on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the victory of the Anti-Japanese War and the Anti-Fascist War, a monument was erected here to commemorate it. Now it has become a good place for patriotism education.
