Introduction to Fulinshe: During the Anti-Japanese War, Hunan University was bombed by the Japanese army many times. Yuelu Academy, library, and science museum (now the office building) were all destroyed and abandoned, and the school was forced to move west to Chenxi. In January 1946, the school completed its move back from Chenxi and used the wood transported back from the Chenxi campus to build a "temporary dormitory after liberation", referred to as the Fulinshe. Adventist Building is currently used as the comprehensive teaching building of South Campus. It is a four-story main building with glass exterior walls.
