Library introduction: Xiangtan University Library consists of two parts: the old library, which was founded in 1978, and the new library, which was founded in 1998. The main building has 7 floors and is 34 meters high. One of the sets of "Collection of Ancient and Modern Books" from the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty was donated by Peking University in 1975.
