Introduction to Heixiazi Island: Heixiazi Island, also known as Fuyuan Delta and Xiongxiazi Island, is located at the confluence of Heilongjiang and Ussuri Rivers on the Sino-Russian border. It consists of Yinlong Island, Heixiazi Island, Mingyue Island, etc. It consists of a system of islands, approximately 327 square kilometers. The island is divided into two, the part near Haba is owned by Russia, and the half of the island near the Chinese side is owned by China.
