Whistler Mountain Introduction: The Whistlers Mt. is located about 7 kilometers southwest of the town of Jasper, with an altitude of 2,464 meters. When visiting, you can take the Jasper Tramway. The cable car can accommodate 30 people and reaches the observation deck on the top of the mountain in 7 minutes. Climb about 1 kilometer further along the sightseeing platform trail, and you can see the snow-covered peaks and Columbia Icefield.
