Introduction to the relief sculptures of Guan Tower: The reason why Jianmen Pass is called the most powerful pass in the world is because of its dangerous geographical location as "the barrier of northern Sichuan and the throat of two rivers". The military fortress has been a battleground for military strategists in the past dynasties. According to literature records, countless wars have occurred at Jianmen Pass in the past dynasties since before the Shu Han Dynasty. Among them, the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army won the victory after a bloody battle in March 1935. The defeat of this northern Shu barrier became a miracle in the history of the Jianmen Pass War.
