Introduction to Panchi: The most unique thing about Jinan Fuxue Confucian Temple is that there are two Panchis, the only one in the country with such a pattern. The outer Panchi is a large Panchi with a five-hole circular bridge, which was outside the Academy; the inner Panchi is a small Panchi that was recently unearthed in front of the Dacheng Hall. During the restoration of the Confucian Temple in early 2008, a half-moon-shaped Panchi was excavated in front of Dacheng Hall. Experts speculate that this Panchi was built in the Ming Dynasty at the latest. After restoration, it was restored to its appearance in the Ming Dynasty, with two large and small panchis. Pan Bridge spans the north and south from the middle of the pool. It is a bluestone arch bridge, 19 meters long and 2.88 meters wide, with a total of five holes. The middle bridge hole is the largest, and the hole diameters on both sides decrease symmetrically.
