Introduction to the apse: The main hall is three rooms wide and three rooms deep. It is 13 meters high, 11.5 meters long and 9 meters wide. It is roughly the same scale as the main hall, and its architectural structure is unique and novel. The upper part is a hilltop, and the lower part is a hard hilltop. It has an obvious architectural style of the Ming Dynasty, which is also rare in ancient buildings. The beams and columns in the hall are suspended or sunk, and are well-proportioned, with appropriate light and shade. There is a corridor in front of the hall, with four thick stone pillars erected on the corridor. The two middle pillars are carved with lifelike coiled dragons, which is another architectural wonder of Jingjue Temple.
