Yangqiu Observation Deck Introduction: Yangqiu Observation Deck can appreciate the pastoral style of sheep grazing leisurely. Especially at dusk, the entire grassland is covered with golden afterglow, which is particularly beautiful. From the observation deck here, you can overlook Sapporo cityscape and the gentle and open Ishikari Plain, and there is an endless stream of tourists. In the corner of the observatory stands a bronze statue of American educator Clark. To this day, people still affectionately call this doctor the "Father of Hokkaido Development."
